Items sold by Pharmacistformulas are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom. All purchases made by you are completed and performed in the UK and UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.

International customers/buyers

If Goods are being ordered from outside Pharmacistformula country of residence, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. Pharmacistformula is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Pharmacistformula cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

Import Duty and VAT

The prices payable for goods as set out in the website are inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs for UK buyers

EU deliveries are charged in Euros and dispatched from our EU-based warehouse. Prices may vary. Prices are quoted net of import VAT, customs duty and other levies or taxes. As an importer of the goods into these member states, you are solely responsible for all import VAT, customs duty, other levies, tariffs or taxes and these may be payable on delivery of the goods to you.

International orders may be similarly subject to import taxes, customs duties and other levies. Prices quoted exclude these fees, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to settle these as necessary. Ordering from Pharmacistformula signals your acceptance of these terms.

Goods, pricing and availability

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from Pharmacistformula correspond to the actual Goods, Pharmacistformulais not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether.

Pharmacistformula does not represent or warrant that such Goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the Web Site. If an item is out of stock it will be marked out of stock and a notification will appear on the site as soon as we are aware that the product is no longer in stock.

Payment

We’ll send you an invoice/ delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase we have supplied, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. The payment will be taken in USD for all our customers. Payment will be taken for the value of the product at the time that the order was placed.

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises or fulfilment centre. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Any unopened items returned within 30 days of the date of delivery will qualify for a no quibble refund or exchange. Products must be returned to the dispatch warehouse.

We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds will be given on products that have been opened, or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the product(s); delivery costs will not be refunded.

Please note that if an order is cancelled or refused delivery after dispatch from our EU warehouse we will deduct a flat fee of 10 Euros to cover our shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

At Pharmacistformulas we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, in the event that you wish to cancel your order, under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 7 working days (commencing from the date the goods are received). This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for purchases where the item(s) has been used.

Goods must then be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund for your order.

Please note that if an order is cancelled or refused delivery after dispatch from our EU warehouse we will deduct a flat fee of 10 Euros to cover our shipping charges.

For your protection, we recommend that you request a proof of postage receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item.

Offers on our website may differ from our other promotions. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for breaking any of these Terms and Conditions is limited to refunding any money you have already paid for items that you haven’t received or that you’ve returned within the agreed timescales and in the required condition. Deliveries within the UK may take between 3-5 business days and deliveries outside the UK may take between 7-22 business days. Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and may vary from time to time as a result of factors that may or may not be within our control.

If Pharmacistformula does not receive any communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

You warrant that you are bound to the terms and conditions of our carrier service.
